Ride Share Refusal Survey

 The American Council of the Blind and our affiliate Guide Dog Users Inc. have received multiple complaints from members that rideshare drivers are refusing service to blind and low vision passengers by claiming that they were not wearing a mask to avoid disciplinary action.
