RantWoman was amused that The Capitol Steps Politics Takes a Holiday had a really funny bit about swine flu featuring both VP Biden's famous line about airplanes and "Miss Piggy Lee" with references to "putting lipstick on a pig." RantWoman easily supposes that one might want to be careful of airplanes; on the other hand, if things are that bad, maybe it's time to upgrade the average daily level of sanitation and scrutiny.

RantWoman supposes she could and should chase down the source of the estimate that there have already been 1 million people in the US sickened with swine flu. Maybe RantWoman will reflect on something to do with that for her next snapshot report.
