AFB Survey about accessibility of Banking Services

RantWoman is a HUGE fan of the American Foundation of the Blind, www.afb.org

RantWoman heartily recommends the following survey in general. Plus there is a good open-ended question at the end in case, like RantWoman, you need to expound on something the survey brings up. RantWoman also is not shy about using surveys to tell someone they are doing something RIGHT when applicable.

RantWoman, for her part is pleased with many aspects of her online banking experience. RantWoman would like to be able to download transaction data in time chunks larger than 90 days. RantWoman also hates having to click the disable automatic updates link. RantWoman could probably think of more grumbles, but RantWoman recommends taking the survey your own darn self about your own darn financial institution.

Subject: [VICUG-L] AFB Banking Survey for Blind & VI

The American Foundation for the Blind is conducting a brief survey to see how people with vision loss feel about online banking. We are planning to use this information to approach the financial services industry and push for greater attention to accessibility.
The survey can be found at www.afb.org/bankingsurvey

Thank you in advance. Best Regards,
