Dear Medical Bill Collector

Dear Medical Bill Collector,

RantWoman has asked you at least THREE times by phone for information about the date of service, department, procedures, and provider associated with the bill you are trying to collect. In fact, RantWoman has never received any notice from the original provider saying she has a bill outstanding. RantWoman hereby disputes the imposition of any and all interest on the outstanding amount until until information sufficient to identify the service provided is provided to her.

If RantWoman has to go search her professional resources for the right language to persuade you that it is entirely reasonable to request this information, entirely reasonable to provide it, RantWoman is going to begin billing you at her professional consulting rate for every single phone call.

Based on your company's phone calling practices, there is NO WAY RantWoman is going to send you email; RantWoman will do her best to get you correspondence by snail mail as soon as possible.
