Morris Franck was a co-founder of the Seeing Eye in 1929. This video is
narrated and also has the voice of Morris Franck, himself. Footage is taken
from the Seeing Eye Archives, but Morris Franck and Buddy paved the way for
all guide dog schools and handlers in the United States.
