RantWoman's categories of information inclusion:
Access
Content
Literacy
RantWoman has borrowed the above framework from the world of digital inclusion. It seems the perfect intro for a video clip about the World Intelletual Property Organization holding a diplomatic conference this year. The conference will be aimed at a treaty to make it easy for blind and print disabled people from different countries to share content in different formats including Braille without running afoul of copyright issues.
Warning: RantWoman's description is just about as exciting as the video gets. As with much in the realm of diplomacy, everything is QUITE understated. RantWoman does not think it goes to far to use the word BORING. But the conference and treaty WILL be an important milestone.
