Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and Search Engine

Recently the RantWoman test kitchen set about with oatmeal and a search engine. RantWoman did not think she was also looking with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Nevertheless, RantWoman has finally tested the following flourless peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip item, with annotations that one can use gluten free oatmeal and make the cookies gluten free too

Note: here is the print option link. RantWoman finds the presentation a lot easier and the prep is dead simple. Hard to go wrong.

Can RantWoman leave well enough alone? OF COURSE NOT. RantWoman's adjustments:

--RantWoman does not care about overly sweet cookies and RantWoman used commercial peanut butter, Jif to be exact. So use only 1/3 c of brown sugar.

--The proportions seemed like a little more grain would not hurt; RantWoman used a whole cup of oats and was not displeased with the results.

--RantWoman had mini chips. They are lovely, maybe nicer than regular chips for spreading the chocolate through the whole cookie.

RantWoman highly recommends.

For lunch, a couple of these cookies, maybe some yogurt or a salad, maybe fruit! EASY
