RantWoman, how are you?
I am having a hideous customer service problem with Beloved TeleComm Company.
Oh, I find it works really well to ask for a promo code once in awhile....
Umm, Probably useful idea but probably not at this point for RantWoman. Oh Well.

You and everyone else I know.
Do tell.
(RantWoman definitely has enough morbid curisity to think about free dat a collection but That conversation needed to go elsewhere.)

Oh I am really happy to pay a lot of money but I also am using way more services than it sounds like you want.
RantWoman, how are you?
I am having a hideous customer service problem with Beloved TeleComm Company. Hmmm. Leaving aside language issues and RantMom, RantWoman actually has not had terrible experience when she calls for technical support. RantWoman tends to call late at night. The staff seem to be able to put up with RantWoman needing to hunt for a magnifier to read tiny codes on a modem. They seem to tolerate Mr. JAWS quacking away at high speed. RantWoman at this point knows the drill, knows a couple steps to try before calling, and has done enough tech support herself to know that sometimes something on a network needs human intervention. Hold that thought.
Also as long as RantWoman is providing Beloved Telecomm provider unsolicited customer service musings / free consulting hold thefollowing thought: if the call center is going to be in a radically different time zone anyway and if the customers might also appreciate the convenience of non-business hours, customer service, could you maybe provide customer service that works with the staff's circadian rhythms too?

I am having a hideous customer service problem with Beloved TeleComm Company. For the latest part, Cue the Beatles. Oh and interact with data usage questions from a different telecomm provider. Stay tuned.
