RantWoman footnote: Long ago when RantMom was brand new to Seattle the RantWomen were checking out free options for classical music. Someone directed us to the Seattle Violoncello Society Bach Cello Suite Marathon. Cellists from all over the region come together and one movement per performer perform all six of the great composer's suites for solo cello.

RantWoman herself used to play the cello and is exceedingly fond of the one suite she ever learned. The day sounded exquisite so off the RantWomen went.

RantWoman learned that the day is indeed glorious but that listening to more than one cello suite at a time is a little bit like eating really decadent chocolate cake, not to be overdone. This year RantWoman's path to not overdoing involves a schedule conflict which might allow RantWoman to stop by for a bit either before or after the conflicting event. Stay tuned.
