Subject: Human Services Transportation Plan - Stakeholder Invite

Dear Stakeholder:

Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is working with community stakeholders on a 2014 update to the Human Services Transportation Plan for the Clark, Skamania and Klickitat county region.  The intent is to  help identify, develop, and implement transportation solutions for those with special transportation needs.  The attached handout provides additional  detail on the Human Services Transportation Plan.

As an identified stakeholder, you are invited to share your thoughts about  the Coordinated Human Service Transportation Plan.  This plan focuses on the  unmet transportation needs of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and persons with low income.  The plan also guides the regions  prioritization process for public transit funds.  Please attend a public Open House or go to www.rtc.wa.gov/programs/hstp/update/ to share your thoughts.  The public open houses will be held at the following times:
