Filing for unemployment

Tips from a low-vision user who just used the WA Employment Security process to complete an unemployment claim.

Today a lot of people will be filing for standby unemployment. The form
took me about an hour to complete. As a low-vision user, I recommend using
Chrome or FireFox instead of Safari. With Safari some pages did not load
cleanly. Type was jumbled and pop ups covered needed information. The form
for direct deposit had almost no contrast and I mentioned this in the
survey.
