Crip Camp 2020 from The Disability Inclusion Network Starts May 17

The Disability Inclusion Network (DIN) business resource group invites you to attend the Disability Leadership Institute webinar series, Crip Camp: The Official Virtual Experience 2020According to the Disability Leadership Institute, The Crip Camp Impact Campaign is inviting all grassroots activists and advocates to join us this summer for a virtual camp experience featuring trailblazing speakers from the disability community. All are welcome, you do not need any activism experience to participate. The webinars take place every Sunday from 2-4pm starting May 17,th 2020 through August 30,th 2020. We highly encourage you to take part in these webinars.  If you have not watched the documentary Crip Camp on Netflix we highly recommend that you do. The executive producers of the film Crip Camp include President Barack Obama and the First Lady Michelle Obama. The film highlights the civil rights moment of people with disabilities and how different communities came together in support of the revolution.
