The back of the mind possibility of Nuclear War with the mental circles of different degrees of destruction and danger which RantWoman remembers from the 1980's. RantWoman in fact finds this video morbidly helpful when one country's president threatened nuclear war on Twitter and when other presidents dance a limbo of deterrence and atrocity level minus nukes.



And just to set readers' minds at ease (?) RantWoman is still trying to decide whether or not it is helpful to know that people actually talk through possibilities in exercises of varying levels of realism and risk of colossal misunderstanding. Here's an example.
