Holiday Procrastination Party and Virtual Open House

2pm-6pm or so Pacific time.
It's a PROCRASTINATION Party so the last-minute notice is pretty on-brand.
Here's hoping this invitation finds everyone trundling forward in spite of COVID, respiratory viruses, massive winter weather, and other unpleasantness mixed here and there with joy.
It's time to kick 2022 out the door
Put on a wacky T-shirt or Christmas sweater or necktie and be prepared to talk about your clothing.
Experiment with Zoom backgrounds or give yourself funky colored hair or a mustache with Zoom video filters. (not available in all platforms)
Tell us about your funkiest holiday decoration or most piquant holiday moment.
Formulate some hot takes you would be willing to talk about with strangers on The Issues of the Day.
Dredge up some holiday tale you are willing to recount to strangers.
If you have something to grieve or let go of, there is room for that.
No obligation to dance the night away; or time to hit another possibly livelier party.

RantWoman will supply a Zoom space with a couple breakout rooms in case the party gets too big to be fun in one big group. This year RantWoman will crash test whatever is new and different about Zoom automated captioning perhaps even in breakout rooms for people curious to try it
RantWoman is still working on suggested themes for breakout rooms and will aim to post before the party. If posting doesn't happen, well, it's a procrastination party and there is room to celebrate that..
If breakout rooms sound difficult or just unfamiliar, RantWoman is looking for co-hosts who can help guid people do different break out rooms.
RantWoman is inviting clumps of people who know each other in different parts of RantWoman's life. RantWoman will be delighted if people who know each other want to conspire about when to show up together.
