RantWoman means to research and fact check a couple points but enough of the story rings true to RantWoman based on educational background and experience that this is a powerful story.
The bias / discrimination angle also rings true.

It also uses language I as someone familiar with dialect issues in different widely spoken languages recognize in professional terms.
