#Solstice
There will be just shy of 16 hours of daylight today in Seattle. Some years RantWoman has been further north around the solstice. RantWoman finds it energizing to be awake almost full-time for a few days. RantWoman has never tried to do this with very small children.
This yea RantWoman has not gone solstice chasing at Stonehenge or paid attention to solstice observances for a favorite silly cat video series.
So here is a bit of Iceland, with a pointer to a series of who much light to expect every month in Iceland.
