Look. RantWoman is still waiting for the check that was supposed to come from the Soros foundation for protests in 20 so RantWoman is happy to put President #StableGenius blatant on camera bribe offer on her list of sure, of course payments.
But blatantly offering bribes for votes on camera goes WAY beyond any outer limit of presidential duties and RantWoman would SO like to see a whole bunch of attorneys general immediately file attempted bribery charges.
