Sunday Dining notes

RantWoman is collecting menus and moments.

It was hot. RantMom's turn to "cook."
baked chicken and two kinds of salad from a store.
Cooked corn
sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
Small chocolates contributed by RantWoman.

Please do not ask RantWoman about gluten free hot dog buns and communion by intinction.

Technical concept of the week: screen timeout time.
RantMom complains her phone goes dark too quickly so she wants a new phone. RantWoman had just set a longer screen timeout on her very own device. RantMom has a different version of Android which calls this something else. Settings adjustment success. Next week see why else RantMom thinks she needs a new phone. (RantWoman is unconvinced and does not want to subject RantMom unnecessarily to the tender marketing ploys....)

Last week:
Sun:rolled up Asian food plus some sautéed summer squash because someone gave RantMom garden produce. Seeds.Need to cooklonger than did but still tasty

The RantWomen liked almost everything. We are glad to have tried the Korean sushi once. RantWoman would eat it again if she encountered it, but the RantWoman are probably not going to be big buyers.

Before that.
Tortilla lasagna
Tortillas because brother in law has not been  to dinner in awhile

Grated cheese
 Crumbled lemon wafers on top of lemon sherbet

The Week before that; RantWoman's turn to cook, as inspired while buying rice cakes at PCC.
Cauliflower, blueberries, corn on the cob in the produce section.

Cheese if we want for protein but aiming for something else…

No, the RantWoman did not eat all of that. RantMom chose soup, cauliflower, beet hummus, blueberries and cookies; the rest went home with RantWoman for the week. RantMom really liked the soup. Both RantWomen liked a change of pace.
