What do both websites have in common, besides relating to the U District?

Ding. Ding. Ding. They are both full of photos that have NO descriptive Alt text, the descriptive information that gives RantWoman some idea of what is in pictures, at the very least a more interesting description than a whole long string of numbers.

Look, RantWoman wants to learn about programs, not to gripe about accessibility. Please fix the problem.
