Candidly, in the 1980's RantWoman could officially see, at least out of one eye with glasses. That does NOT mean RantWoman particularly appreciated music videos playing at crane one's neck about eye level while out trying to have fun at a club. This did not deter RantWoman from finding other fun, but it was still, um, socially awkward.

In the 21st century there is YouTube up close scrolling around with 4x magnification. Pick your flavor of surreal.
