Full disclosure: RantWoman will always be a huge fan of Pagliacci because its founder Dorene Centioli McTigue spells her first name the same way RantWoman does which is of course the ONLY correct way, never mind about a kazillion and one misspellings out in the world. That said...
The WHAT NOW?
Taco Time Pizza?
RantWoman will give the premiere a few days for others' reactions before offering this reaction and may even try it herself.
RantWoman loves TacoTime @TacoTimeNW on many platforms.
RantWoman loves Pagliacci.
But Taco Time Pizza????
Taco Time Pizza
Two Seattle favorites, one primo collaboration. Our Taco Time Pizza features Taco Time NW’s seasoned, PNW-raised ground beef, crispy Tater Fries, and 60-day-aged cheddar. We pair them with our own mozzarella and onion over a base of Taco Time’s original Hot Sauce, then add our house-made pico de gallo — Roma tomatoes, Anaheim peppers, red onion, and cilantro with a squeeze of lime. Out of the oven, it’s finished with a drizzle of creamy Taco Time Ranch and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Tater Fries on Pizza? Call RantWoman SKEPTICAL On-brand for potato growers, but RantWoman is not sold on the idea. Would the idea sound better if it were spicy Tater Fries? Ummm.
RantWoman would be more tempted to experiment with black beans, corn salsa and pumpkin seeds on pizza.
But look, Molly Moon pumpkin spice ice cream is also on the moth special list.
Oh, and Taco Time pizza also looks like something to order with a group of people to eat the whole pie at once based on the mention of Taco Time ranch dressing..
Stay tuned.
One more thing: RantWoman's buddies the Weed Whacking Wenches recently raved about Mama Lil's pizza, a flavor RantWoman had rejected out of hand because it involves sweet pickle relish. RantWoman WILL reconsider based on her friends' raves.
